@Ask_Spectrum Whoever runs your customer service should be fired. The number one rule of customer service is to take care of the customer. Clearly that is not happening. It would be one thing if I was a jerk on the phone, but I’m not. Pull the calls and see for yourself. I’m justaskng 4 help.

@GetSpectrum There is absolutely nothing that could save me from canceling spectrum tomorrow… It’s one thing to miss a show or get a late start to a game… But when you struggle to get an Apple Box to get to the playoff game that they made u pay for to get cable…that’s it. I’m done. Awful

@GetSpectrum this entire month I've had spotty service. I've had someone come in and switch my box entirely since I've had the same one for 3+ years. Some how my speeds drop after I get a new box, my bill goes up $10 and for the past 3 days there has been an outage in this area

Trying to stream on twitch, but the last 3 or so days my connection has been so bad that I cant. Bandwidth so low I can only stream at 480. That isnt gonna cut it!! Why am I paying $100/month?! @Ask_Spectrum

How do I know if my Spectrum Internet is down in my area?
Open the My Spectrum app and sign in with your username and password. Select Services. Your equipment will be listed there with its status. It should say either “Connected,” “Unavailable” or “Connection Issue.”
Why isn t my spectrum internet working?
Unplug the power cord from the back of the modem and remove any batteries. Unplug the power cord from the WiFi router. Wait 30 seconds, and then reinsert any batteries and reconnect power to the modem. Allow at least 2 minutes to ensure that the reset is complete.
